| Xanga (Slight Return)
It's been nearly three years since I posted anything on this blog. Thinking about the absolutely horrible circumstances occurring just months prior to my near-permanent dismissal of the website around late 2004 throughout 2005, I have decided to return to the site and preserve it.
That is all for now.

| As the summer closes...the autumn nears.
For now, blogging has been re-directed here. I'll still be maintaining my xanga from time to time, but don't count on it...
Cheers,
John, you heartbroken whore! |

| "There he goes. One of God's own prototypes.
Some kind of high powered
mutant never even
considered for mass production. Too weird to live,
and too rare to die." ~ Raoul Duke (Dr. Hunter S.
Thompson), on
watching Dr. Gonzo (Dr. Oscar
Zeta Acosta) leave on a jet plane.
"Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" (1998)

R.I.P. Dr. Hunter S. Thompson (1937-2005)
The irony of the situation is that I was JUST WATCHING
Fear and
Loathing in Las Vegas (Criterion Collection) a
short whiles ago (like an hour or two ago) with some Jack
and Coke,
took a break in the movie, and all of a sudden
I find out the man killed himself.
He's likely rocking it out
with Dr. Gonzo (badass Chicano attorney on the right of
the picture, The Brown Buffalo,
aka Dr. Oscar Zeta Acosta)
in heaven...I hope. Damn. What a
fucking trip.
